“Recently moved from another location to this one. Met the onsite manager Ann. She was very helpful and knowledgeable answers all my questions and made sure I had a cart ready for move in. Love the extra door security feature and it makes the bathrooms more clean! Love this place. If you need any help make sure to look for Ann! Thanks!”
“My experience at Castro Valley Hayward Storage was awesome. I arrived and was immediately given excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and best part was everything worked smoothly when I returned later to drop off my equipment.”
“I had a great experience thanks to Melissa! The storage unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Melissa was incredibly kind, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. She personally walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood all the details and felt comfortable. Her willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It’s rare to find such attentive and genuine customer service—highly recommend! A+++++”
“I have had wonderful experience with this public storage location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their attitude and support helped my storing experience. I appreciate Michele helped me move in and she showed my unit and found the lock was kinda stuck in the way so she offered me a new unit and kept all my discounted rates. I appreciate their time and effort! Location is convenient. Place is quiet.”
“Took my mom out for mother's day breakfast at Elio's and found an available 5x5 here for $87.00 on my phone. Ordered it on my phone in less than 5 minutes and downloaded the app.
Remote access to the gate via the app and easily found my spot in the back. The place is clean and the 5x5 is perfect for me.
Located right near 580 freeway as well. Didnt even have to go inside the office, as my lock was waiting for me inside the unit! The most seamless transaction you can imagine.”
“I went looking for storage a couple of days before and I was not impressed. I just drove by Grove Avenue and turned left and saw the mini place. I pulled in and nobody was around and I walked through the premises, and Matthew came out and assisted me and helped me with everything. I am very grateful because I’m 72 years old And it is overwhelming to store other people’s property ( my sick brother) and am grateful that Matthew helped me with everything.”
“I've always had a good experience with Public Storage. Just recently did an e-rental through Public Storage and was able to secure a good deal on a space, and purchase my rental overnight, with a next-day move-in date. Overall, great experience ?”

“We have been dealing with Lockaway Storage for nearly 5 years now. Mark is by far the most efficient office person that has worked there in our experience. We recently had to move because of a larger trailer and he was extremely helpful and found us just the right spot. I believe the grounds look cleaner than they have been in a long time. Hiring Mark was a smart move for this company.”
