At Home Depot ( 7 min. From home . They did not have2x12s at 14 ft. So I had to drive to Big Creek (45 min.) to get them .Home Depot boards had a brownWash slathered on that wiped off all over my gloves,tee shirt ,arms . Washed off with just water . and no preservative ( copper sulphate) visible.Big Creeks ? Dark black/brown stainWith copper sulphate smear all over the board especially in the soft grain .Get what you pay for !! Will get back in two years to let you know which boards rotted out ,Depot vs. Big Creek .”

“Went in today looking for boots I was told by the lady over the phone they were in stock they weren't. But the guy in front helped me find some different ones very good service.”
“Based upon my last experience at Lowe's, I feel compelled to post a review. I had done quite a bit of research and ultimately bought a lawn mower. The customer service was very attentive, and they helped me to put in the order via their website so I could get the free battery plus by applying for their credit application I received an additional 10% off. I ended up getting what I needed at a ridiculously great price! Lowe's doesn't seem as frenetic as HD, and the team members that I dealt with were amazing. At least based upon my experience, I don't think that the overall low score is justified and unless I have to get something at HD, I'd shop at Lowe's.”
“Just visited Green Valley looking for a niche metric cap screw. They didn't have alloy metric, but went to see if they could do stainless. They also didn't have stainless, but gave me great help and guidance in finding it elsewhere. I appreciated their help and will trade there again, guaranteed.”

“I needed some locks re-keyed and after some outrageous quotes from other sources I remembered that Home Depot does them in the rental department of the store.Apparently only a handful of employees have acquired such skills, so I did have to wait until he was on the schedule. The employee that helped me was Mark who works in the rental department not only was he very friendly, but patient as well as the job isn’t a very expensive job, but does take a few minutes of concentration as he was helping me. He was also helping his fellow coworkers Home Depot should be lucky to have such a great employee. ????”

“An excellent hardware store and larger than you might expect for a small town. Excellent selections of garden and farm supplies plus all the tiny items for repairing windows and doors. We needed some very small screws to fix our RV trailer and they had just what we needed with excellent staff support to find the needed parts.”
