Four hours had pass, they say they have a 24 hours phone but there is no answer , offices are closed when it says they open at 8 am, terrible experience.

Took 3 weeks back and forth for them to confirm a health care surrogate for family member. The person could have died in this time. They were non responsive many times and didn’t call back as promised on several occasions. They didn’t take my loved ones needs seriously. Go with someone else. I finally did.

American Cremation was wonderful. Although there were some slight problems in getting my husband cremated in a timely fashion, American Cremation was with me every step of the way. I never felt on my own, as they worked hard to do everything they could to expedite the process. Highly recommended.
