“Usually very good quality parts. I've ordered parts from Go Westy over 25 times. Recently ordered a thermostat that was no good. The part should have been tested before being sold. Resulted in several days additional works, many more parts and lots of $ before discovering the thermostat was faulty. Very disappointing. Wish there was better quality control in this instance. Otherwise they have been a good source of quality in house engineered parts for vanagons. Staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful.”
