Beautiful location, great views and clean room. Only complaint was Gina at the front desk was offensive and rude to us. Not an ideal greeting when you come to the beach for a relaxing vacation.

We will come here again! We wanted away from the heat, to sit on our balcony and be in front of the ocean. Shoreline Inn was perfect for that.
The staff was wonderful, our room was exactly what we expected from the online description and the location is right next to everything. The hotel public space with tables and chairs was right below or room but, everyone was respectful and 9pm quiet hours are enforced.
We’ll be back.

We loved this hotel. Staff are friendly rooms well cared for and have a microwave and refrigerator. Our room had an oceanfront view with a balcony. They are pet friendly but there is an additional charge.
Bed was comfortable. Large walk in shower.
I would stay here again
Rooms: Very comfortable bed. Has a table, refrigerator, and microwave. Walk-in shower.
Nearby activities: Beach and pier right out your door.
Walkability: We parked and walked everywhere. Shops, restaurants all in walking distance. Easy access to the beach.
Food and drinks: Many restaurants from bakery’s and coffee choices to full service restaurants.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfy rooms that seem recently renovated. Balcony room overlooking the beach and a pier. Not many folks on the beach, felt very private. Probably because there are no dining options after 9 pm which was mildly inconvenient to discover, so hopefully this will serve as your warning. Great stay overall.

You couldn't get more ready on the beach and pier! What a joy to sleep lulled by the sound of the waves.
Very kind staff and good advice for meals. Please note no breakfast but self-service coffee and tea at reception
Spacious room (even huge for those with 2 queen size beds) clean and equipped with coffee machine and kettle for tea.
Little fun tip: there is a towel at the entrance to the room to wipe the paws of your 4-legged companions

Nice hotel, great ocean view from one side of hotel. Rooms are freshly remodeled and have everything necessary for comfort. Staff is very accommodating. We will be back.

A cozy stay not too far from home. Right on the beach, we were greeted by the sweetest staff. This has the best view of the ocean and is walking distance to all of the restaurants/coffee shops we could ask for. It is also very dog friendly; we brought our dog with us and the staff greeted him as nicely as they did us (they even game him treats and a water bowl was provided in the room).

(NOT KID FRIENDLY)This place is not kid friendly at all we had traveled 3hrs from Clovis California out here to cayucos California I have 3 children all very young in age and we arrived here by 8pm and my kids obviously got excited because we have an ocean view and wanted to check out the view on the balcony and relax before heading to bed. When I tell you not even an hour of being here the cops got called on us and overnight staff came up saying they heard screaming from kids and that they're running around to much!? Like I understand it's late but we had just arrived and the kids were just excited after 3hrs of straight driving stretching just normal kids being KIDS!! I feel very targeted on how far they took it especially calling the police on us! I wouldn't book this place ever again or recommend it to any guests that have children. 200$ down the drain FOR LITERALLY ONLY 1 NIGHT.

This place is magical! We got a downstairs ocean front room and it was perfect! Antoine checked is in and out and what a really sweet young man he is! The hotel is clean, very nice room, the only complaint I can even remotely think of is the beds are a little low, but that is it lol. We sat outside and had cocktails and just totally relaxed. There is never enough time at The Shoreline Inn, we will be back soon!
