Was nervous as I was thinking it could be damaged during shipping and sure enough it was.(no fault of their own, it was packaged really well) Talked with Grace from Squaresigns, and they took care of me. They stand by their product and are replacing my product free of charge. It shows they care about their customers unlike other companies out there. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. “I had designed for a replacement to my high-end PC's tempered glass door but couldn't find anyone willing to work with me to actually bring it to life. I needed a way to ventilate a graphics card that sat too closely to the glass for airflow. I worked with Plastic Zone 100% through email, sent them my design, we worked together to make a few tweaks and a week later I got notice my custom designed piece was ready. The piece is perfect! My graphics card stays frosty cool and my case internals aren't choking on hot air the graphics card can't get out of the case. Would 100% recommend them for any of your custom acrylic needs!”

“So, I'm giving this place 5 stars purely on how helpful the people working there are. I feel a bit like I ended up at an odd FedEx, this one is inside of one of the towers in century city (I sort of apprehensively walked in unsure of if I was even going to find the business I was looking for). They don't have a comprehensive store there by any means, but the staff was so ridiculously helpful! I asked if they sold stamps, they don't... but she just gave me one of her personal ones so I could mail a letter off once I found an outgoing mail box. Amazing! I went in hoping to do a billion things, only got one done but the customer service was so great I didn't even notice.”
