“I read the reviews and decided to check it out for myself. I like the close convenient location, just minutes from my home. The owner explained in detail the work they would do and what my options were. He understood that I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance, therefore he tried to make my dollar stretch. He did not take advantage or try to sell me on more even though my car is older and could definitely use more "fixing". He walked me through the quote so I understood what he was charging me for and what he chose not to charge me for. He checked for non dealer parts pricing to provide me options. My car was ready 1 day prior to what was estimated. I was surprised to see that they went ahead and fixed 2 small dents that was not quoted, just to be nice. They used top of the line paint that wont chip, this was huge for me since previous work done used poor quality paint and I had lots of chipping over the years. The entire staff was professional and kind. I felt safe and waited in the waiting room for my ride. Excellent experience overall and would return and tell my friends to go here.”

“Despite the store being really busy, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Joey was my main contact. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting the correct fit for a helmet. He went through different steps to achieve this. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but was interested in a Bluetooth setup as well. Originally I was going to go with a less expensive one (Notice not cheap lol) but Joey explained why the step above was a better choice of quality. So I purchased a two pack, one for myself and one for my brother. The membership plan was a great decision as well. So in the end I purchased a membership plan, a Sedici helmet, and 2 Bluetooth setups. Overall, it was a very great experience and time. In the future when I have any questions or need assistance, I’ll be hitting Joey up. He’s the man!! “I went in there to get some breaking fluid, and the young lady that helped me was such a doll she was so sweet the reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is because the other lady working with her was so rude to me when I asked if I could use the restroom to just wash my hands. Which is no problem but she said it really rude and with attitude that is was not for public. But the lovely Brandy I believe was her name went out of her way to help me and even gave me some wipes to at least help me. I hope she eventually gets to get a higher position she deserves it!”

They also have a full machine shop out back. If you need machining done on a part. Been in business since the 60's. They can definitely take care of you. I've never, ever had a problem with the fluids they sell, top shelf stuff!!”

“Today my tire popped on the street and I was able to make over to O'reilly parking lot. I went to get help at Meineke Car Care Center. The guy there said they don't do tires. It was cold and I have my 5 year old with me. I went to O'reilly. The employee even tried to call the place for me. However the one that is close, are closed. Thankfully another employee named Miguel came out to help me. He helped me changed the tire and put on the spare. 5 stars because they did the best to help and I am grateful. Thank you.”
