“Love this store mainly for customer and for this location being really close to home I feel that they totally understand what my needs were and were able to direct me in what phone would best suit my mobile needs also when I had issues with my cell phone that I purchased from them there was a malfunction with the actual motherboard and they were prompt and helping me with getting my replacement phone and helping me out with all the forms and all that and my phone came fairly quickly like within a week's time I got my phone so I was pretty stoked the girls that work there are so helpful and they're fun to be around made my shopping experience two thumbs up.!!!!”

“I walked in to purchase a screen protector for my son’s cell phone and received excellent customer service by store manager Susanna who went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed . I am not a Metro customer but with the excellent customer service that I received I might be coming back to give them my business . I also was able to meet store owner Steve which also went out of his way to make me fill welcomed .
