I am not a Metro customer but with the excellent customer service that I received I might be coming back to give them my business . I also was able to meet store owner Steve which also went out of his way to make me fill welcomed . “What can I say about Boost Mobile Ceres. 1. A add popped up on my phone and I pressed decline and accept at the same time. That caused my phone to freeze up. Took it to Boost Mobile, it was fixed in hour. 2. I got a virus on my phone Boost took it off my phone. 3. I bought some headphones to listen to music. But I set the Bluetooth and they hardly worked. Since I set the Bluetooth. I called Boost asked if they had stereo headphones. They did. Boost even set the Bluetooth for me. Very happy with my service.”

“Love this store mainly for customer and for this location being really close to home I feel that they totally understand what my needs were and were able to direct me in what phone would best suit my mobile needs also when I had issues with my cell phone that I purchased from them there was a malfunction with the actual motherboard and they were prompt and helping me with getting my replacement phone and helping me out with all the forms and all that and my phone came fairly quickly like within a week's time I got my phone so I was pretty stoked the girls that work there are so helpful and they're fun to be around made my shopping experience two thumbs up.!!!!”
