“What can I say about Boost Mobile Ceres. 1. A add popped up on my phone and I pressed decline and accept at the same time. That caused my phone to freeze up. Took it to Boost Mobile, it was fixed in hour. 2. I got a virus on my phone Boost took it off my phone. 3. I bought some headphones to listen to music. But I set the Bluetooth and they hardly worked. Since I set the Bluetooth. I called Boost asked if they had stereo headphones. They did. Boost even set the Bluetooth for me. Very happy with my service.”

“I had a really great experience at AT&T and wanted to give a shoutout to Wendy! My husband and I came in to get a new phone and add me to our plan, and even though the process can take a while, Wendy made everything feel easy and stress-free. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we understood everything along the way. What really stood out was how kind and genuine she was. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She created such a comfortable, welcoming environment, which made the whole experience so much better than expected. AT&T is lucky to have her — excellent customer service all around. Thank you, Wendy!”

“Joan at the Turlock AT&T store was tremendous! Very engaging and provided excellent customer service. Joan was helpful, reviewed my account for saving options, offered internet service, and took care of all my questions. Joan had the perfect balance of friendly chat about local restaurants and activities, travel and life experiences, and professionalism with addressing the reason we came in. Joan made the trip more than efficient, it was enjoyable. Not something I would usually say when dealing with a phone company, but great job AT&T!”
