Have lost checks multiple times, then complain about a late payment. Poor management.

OVER-PRICED! They continually raise rates. When they 1st tookover they raised rates and said we could access 24/7. Did not happen for at least 8 months. Appears people living there. I don't like 24/7 because of this. Spiders. I never had this problem before the new owners took over.
