“I am happy with the customer service that I got very friendly and help me out with what I needed but the only thing was that. I think they charge too much for a black and white copy from an email. I got charged $3.50 for just a copy that took them not even five seconds to print I will definitely go somewhere else to get a black-and-white copy”

“Imagine on a Saturday, coming into the USPS office with 7 boxes of media mail to be processed for shipping……My book 24 Chapters was released to to public and these books needed to go to their new homes. Mr. Ivan and Ms. Emily went straight to work, typing as fast as they could to process each envelope. Ms. Emily continued to work the line to keep the customers moving, but in between the customers, she was processing these envelopes for shipping. Mr. Ivan wore out one machine processing all these envelopes we had to move to another machine and we almost wore that one out too! Lollll. There were A LOT of labels being printed VERY quickly because of these to efficient and really kind employees here at this location. There was also another really nice lady who came to gather all the mail and also looked at the machines we had smoke coming out of…..again, just kidding about the smoke, but Mr. Ivan and Ms. Emily were shooting the labels out lightning fast. Between the two of them they were able to process all 7 boxes of media mail and keep the lines moving for all the other customers. These are amazing employees and humans! Thank you USPS for having amazing and quality employees.”
