“My wife and I recently had an experience that started with a vehicle being towed and ended with a reminder that there are still good people in our community.

After an already difficult week, my wife's vehicle was towed while she was attending an appointment in Modesto. What followed was a frustrating process involving multiple trips between the police department and the tow yard due to paperwork issues and miscommunication. By the time we arrived at Anderson's, we were exhausted, stressed, and emotionally drained.

What stood out was how we were treated.

From the office staff to management, everyone treated us with professionalism, respect, and kindness. No one made us feel like a number. No one added to the frustration. Instead, they listened, treated us with dignity, and showed genuine compassion during a situation that could have easily gone the other direction.

As a U.S. Navy veteran and longtime member of this community, I pay close attention to how businesses treat people when they're having a bad day. Character shows up when circumstances are difficult, and Anderson's demonstrated exactly that.
