“I've used this service twice now and both times he has gone above and beyond what would be required, to help me out. The first time he let me know that calling him directly was cheaper than using a dispatch service. The second time around, he remembered who I was and helped me troubleshoot what was wrong with my car even offering to help fix it. I highly recommend this service if anyone is in need.”

“Rigo was stellar and his service was outstanding. He found us stranded on the side of the freeway and was equally attentive to our car as he was to our safety. We were very appreciative of his professionalism and calm demeanor in a very hectic situation. What a God Send!!Service: Car towing”

“First time using my State Farm roadside assistance and Premier Towing was disbatched for my flat tire. David was very friendly and professional. Got my spare swapped out quickly. Highly recommend!”
“So glad I went to the right shop, Downright HONEST people, they definitely live up to their name, very respectful and explained everything to me to where I understood showing proof with pictures and videos of the symptoms, they also worked with my annoying used warranty service I got on this car, the warranty people are trying to possibly screw me and not offer the service easily but these guys are doing the best they can to not let others be down right crooks thank you guys I'd add your names if I remembered!”

“My roadside service sent them out to get us back on the road driver called within minutes of request and got us up and going very professional and prompt reliable service”
“I ended up stranded on my way to work, so I called around for towing availability and pricing. RoadRunner staff were the nicest and offered the best price from those I contacted. They were able to respond to my location in 15 minutes and my driver was courteous and extremely helpful. I felt safe and very comfortable. I highly recommend this towing service, based on my experience.”
“The gentlemen that came to give my car a jump were so quick to come. My car didn't even need a jump, corrosion on my battery just needed to be cleaned and they did it with a can of pepsi. Who would have known? I appreciated their honesty. I will definitely call if I ever need anything else.”

“The least I could do is write a review for Ramonts tow service. My car broke down and I was stressed and frustrated! Needing a tow, I started searching google and after talking with several...most charging ridiculous fees and still couldn't help me within a two hour window...I went to yelp for reliable services! This company was sponsored and he answered my call quickly. Tow costs are expensive...But this shop was lower than others! He said he could have someone to me within 20 minutes and I was grateful! Within minutes, a neighbor/mechanic came out and helped get my car running, so I called the tow shop to cancel. The driver was already in route...so the driver said 'no charge' and I offered! But he said thank you, but not necessary. I will keep this tow service in my phone and highly recommend this level of professionalism.”

“I called Myers towing company from a Google search. I didn’t know anything them. They came up with a plan over the phone with me to help me with my situation. My driver communicated with me on ETA periodically and what I loved is that I could text him a picture of the vehicle and where it was located. That gave me peace of mind to know that a tow truck wasn’t gonna show up and then not be able to move the vehicle like other prior company had done to me.
Yes, they towed my vehicle, but more importantly, he also moved a vehicle that was already broken down in my driveway over to make sure that the other one could fit and my vehicle that still works all in my driveway. He made space in my driveway to make sure that it made sense. He spent so much time On this to make sure that it was done correctly. I 100% recommend this towing company as this was not my first tow in my whole life and they did the best service I’ve ever had.”
