“The staff is so sweet and was very patient with my 3 year old son! He had a great time picking, stuffing his bear, dressing it, naming it, and everything else! We love how they have a giant bear for the kids to take pictures with. There were so many options of bears/ characters for the kids to pick through with different price points for everyone. We spent around $50 total with an outfit and shoes. One thing that was kindof a bummer is they make you pay for the box house now. I think it was only a dollar but I remember them being free before so I was shocked when I looked at my receipt. Overall it was a great experience for my little one.”

(Read the hilarious and absurd negative reviews lolllllllll and I can’t stop laughing at them….for 1: it’s his business and he can open whenever he wants. They’re closed on sat/sun and he opens during the week. Either you show up and he’s open… or he’s closed (like I have especially today)
B: His prices are his prices and they’re fair and reasonable. If you get a few items, ask him simply “what kinda deal can you do,” then he’ll give you a discount, duhhhhhh! And at that, the prices isn’t high at all.
D: also. You can ask him any questions you want. He’s not gonna follow you and hold your hand when “you need to ask him a question.”

“Purchased a toy from them almost 2 years ago now and both I and my daughter love riding it around the park to this day. They have a good eye for great quality products and seem to offer more for less than other companies. I had originally planned on going with an Amazon product, but after reviewing the Amazon sellers warranty and after sales reviews decided to go with BigToysDirect instead. Thanks for being kind and understanding. Also the store was super cool, lots of selections and space for games and trading and it smelled super clean and fresh not always the experience in a card store.”
