Wells Fargo is always allowing money to be taken out of my account and overdraws it as well it’s just always an issue with them.

I opened a Wells Fargo account last week, and although Gabriela was awesome. Today, I went in to make a deposit, and the teller, Mayra, was very snoby and sarcastic. I don't think I'll stay with Wells Fargo much longer.

You know when you hear about people not being able to take out their own money and you think "that's crazy, that never happens." Well here at the Ceres Wells Fargo branch on 4th street, it happens. The incompetence at this branch is cartoonish... And Juan the manager is the star of this animated comedy. Funds available doesn't mean anything at this branch. Ohh and don't look for straight answers here either. Be ready to watch a dysfunctional circus, bunch of clowns bumping in to each other. Also, the only positive review on this page is by an employee of the branch...

This location is the most annoying one to go to. Every time I go to the drive through ATM, 80% of the time it's out of service. The reason I go through the drive up ATM is so that way I don't get off. What the point of having those if we still have to get off.

I'll close my account. Asap. There are issues with the ATM machines all the time @ the ceres branch, plus they are charging $12.00 monthly fee, I'll find a bank with NO DRAMA, I hate the unprofessional personnel.

Today I was at Wells Fargo in Ceres California. I have been a customer since 2005. I went because I need account statements and Mrs. Susana does not know how to treat customers. It has been the worst treatment that Mrs. Susana has given me, she should not work there with that attitude and bad character. I hope and do something to improve customer service was the worst disappointment I had today

Long lines rude employees who close windows when lines are out the door and will stand n giggle with each other about their personal lives while you’re dying in a line that takes An hour for a simple thing. Ridiculous
