I had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Amie. She dedicated her time to understand the event I was attending and skillfully styled me accordingly. Her insights into coordinating different pieces and suggesting suitable combinations were incredibly helpful. Moreover, she promptly brought different sizes to the fitting room for me to try on, ensuring a perfect fit. Overall, it was an exceptional shopping experience, all thanks to her expertise and attentive service!

Used to buy all my work clothes here, but nope, never again!!!Wouldn’t take a return of something never worn, all tags on, receipt and everything that just didn’t fit me that I received on Christmas and tried to return on January 20!!! This store tries to appear like a “nice” brand but if you were a truly good store, you’d accommodate a customer especially with tags and no obvious wear, etc.

Terribly short return policy for no reason - unworn unused with all tags and they wouldn’t even give me store credit. Permanently lost my business and used to be so much work clothes here.

I was helped by Christopher, Joy and Jessica! Each were so kind, professional and helpful that I came back to shop again! They helped me find great clothes for a trip and went the extra mile in customer service taking back items to refold them for display!! As a customer I really hope their hard work is recognized and rewarded! The only thing that could enhance my experience is if I knew they got a raise and if they were promoted!! Thank you all again for making shopping easy and fun!!!

Purchased a brand new utility jacket that was to be mailed out to me. I was not given a receipt nor was I informed of a new exchange policy that occurred days before. When I had to exchange it, I was not allowed to because of a few days difference despite that they had record of my purchase. Called customer service and even contacted BBB. They simply did not care. Jacket is brand new with tags, unworn, it didn't fit. Having been a loyal customer of 20 years I was greatly disappointed. I froze my credit cards and will definitely take my business elsewhere, it's apparent they just don't care.

They do anything to sale you something but to exchange or return from online they suck, just make sure you love the garments before you purchase them

The two girls working were very kind. I did not get the names but they were very friendly and very kind in answering all of my questions. The place was also spotless and the ambiance was terrific. Great selection for one of the better stores inside that mall.

A very well organized & friendly store. The staff there are very attentive & professional. A particular staff member named Leah went out of her way to find a final sale item that was a matching piece to my black suit. She really made my day because I need it for my mother's funeral. Don't be shy to ask for recommendations or help with sizing as they are all very willing to help.

Helpful associates with great clothes. They offer you ship to home if you can't find your size and offer to start a fitting room for you. Very customer focused, something you don't get during online shopping. I have been a loyal customer of this brand for over 8 years.
