Terribly short return policy for no reason - unworn unused with all tags and they wouldn’t even give me store credit. Permanently lost my business and used to be so much work clothes here.

Giving a 2 based on my exchange with "store manager" Ashley today. Please READ your return policy for online orders. If the return policy is inaccurate, tell corporate, do not challenge your customers. In case you bother to READ it I've included it in this post.

They do anything to sale you something but to exchange or return from online they suck, just make sure you love the garments before you purchase them
