“A large truck suddenly cut in front of my wife's car, white Honda Accord causing significant damage—including deep scratches along the entire left side, a smashed side mirror, and dents to the door and front paneling—and creating a truly dangerous situation. To handle the insurance claim, I decided to take the car to Fix Auto on Stanton Ave in Buena Park—a body shop I had used three years ago after someone rear-ended my truck, and with which I had been very satisfied. They actually finished the repairs two days ahead of schedule. In every respect—from the speed of the work to the quality of the craftsmanship and the friendliness of the staff—the experience was even more satisfying than it had been three years ago. In particular, Mark Roth—while perhaps not a movie star—felt like an old friend; he was clearly highly experienced, courteous, and thoroughly professional, which gave me complete peace of mind while leaving my car in his care. I am 100% satisfied, and I consider this to be one of the most trustworthy establishments in our community.”

The second quoted me $489 and then less than an hour later changed their quote to $785. Sam got me in as soon as possible, had the new windshield waiting, and only charged me $320 for everything. He was so kind and professional and even left my car cleaner than he got it. “Great experience here! Arrived a bit before 6pm close and they were able to fit me in for an oil change. It turned out the last place I’d gone for fluids to be changed had left the cap off when they flushed the transmission fluid and the owner showed me where it had splashed all over that area under the hood. I was in a time crunch for my next appointment bc I thought I only needed a quick oil change, but he sent one of his guys to get a replacement cap, cleaned the fluid, topped it off, and added sealant to the new cap when he replaced it, and was done with all that and the oil change quickly enough that I was still on time for my next appointment. He also didn’t charge me for the transmission fluid top off or for sending his guy to get the new cap (of course charged me for the cap, as I’d expect, but it was inexpensive). All around, good experience and would go back!”
