“I came in not too long ago and was looking for a specific pair of shoes I saw online, but when I got to the store, I realized I couldn't remember the exact name or model, just that they were some kind of adidas. One of the employees named Joshua greeted me and asked if I needed help and asked about the adidas. He asked me a few questions to help figure out the exact style I was looking for and even showed me different styles to see if I was interested in other ones too and I actually found a different pair that fit well and looked great. He was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. He took time with other customers and still made me feel like I had his full attention. Joshua asked me if I could leave a review about my experience and honestly I'm happy to do so. Great customer service like that deserves to be recognized. Would come back!”
