“I've always seen these permanent bracelets all over TikTok and have wanted to get one but never really looked into it but I finally decided to do some research and purchase one. I was looking around and Eleven + Vyn came up and they have great reviews and their appointment system was so convenient and easy that I decided to give them a shot!I am so happy I went with them because from start to finish my experience was fantastic. I made an appointment for a Sunday and was greeted with a little sign that had my name on it and welcomed me to my appointment! Everyone was super helpful and very informative! I had looked online at the different styles but when you get there and actually get to see the bracelets in person your mind might change which style you like. I don't quite remember the name of the one we got, but it started with an L.Once we chose what style, someone helped us out to fit the bracelet to our liking. If we didn't like the fit, the employee was more than happy to fix it and relink to our desired length. The process itself takes like 10-15 minutes and is so easy! I am so happy with it and its so light that I don't realize I even have it on throughout the day. They also said that within 60 days if it breaks we can come back in and they will fix it no charge and after the 60 days I believe it is about $20 to fix so not bad! I also worried that if there is some reason why I would need to take it off what would we do and they reassured me that we can cut the chain that they used to bind it together and we can come back in and they will reattach for us. They were very informative with the care instructions too which was a bonus!Overall if I could give them 6 stars I would! I definitely want to come back for more and ai wouldn't come anywhere else but Eleven + Vyn!”

“I had a really good experience getting my 4 month old daughters ears pierced at coby Madison jewelers. Debbie was super sweet and kind and took her time. I was so nervous because baby had cried so bad with her vaccines and I was scared it would be the same with the piercing. I feel like Debbie spent more time reassuring me than she took piercing baby LOL. She had toys to keep baby entertained and she didn't even flinch with either ear. I was so relieved. I went in looking for a specific cut and color Sapphire for my engagement ring and she brought in various stones to choose from. Even after finalizing the design, I changed my mind (again) on the prong style and she was so kind to have two CAD files provided so that I could easily make a choice. My engagement ring is STUNNING. We actually picked our wedding bands on the same day and pricing was wayy under our budget with all 3 rings.I recently went back for another simple ring and a beautiful custom necklace for our heirloom diamonds. Everything was executed phenomenally. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back for more sparkly things.”

We have been together for more than a decade and actually started looking at rings right before the pandemic started, in February 2020. Cue 2 years later, and unbeknownst to me, my now-husband returned to the same jewelry store that we had felt so welcomed by when shopping in 2020 to purchase my engagement ring. He worked with the staff to custom make it so that it included all the elements I had envisioned, and it truly is one of my prized possessions!! Of course, we had to come back to North and South Jewelry for my wedding band when the time came. The staff helped me pick exactly what I needed, taking in my suggestions and pulling rings that fit the requests. A few days prior to our wedding in November 2023, they even cleaned my rings free of charge. I’m beyond thrilled with their work, from the craftsmanship, down to the phenomenal service. “Had my custom design made into an engagement ring with a gemstone I brought in, and it came out amazing. My entire experience working with this business was absolutely delightful, and I honestly cannot rate it highly enough.There was never any pressure of pushing me to make a decision or selling me something.
