“I came in not too long ago and was looking for a specific pair of shoes I saw online, but when I got to the store, I realized I couldn't remember the exact name or model, just that they were some kind of adidas. One of the employees named Joshua greeted me and asked if I needed help and asked about the adidas. He asked me a few questions to help figure out the exact style I was looking for and even showed me different styles to see if I was interested in other ones too and I actually found a different pair that fit well and looked great. He was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. He took time with other customers and still made me feel like I had his full attention. Joshua asked me if I could leave a review about my experience and honestly I'm happy to do so. Great customer service like that deserves to be recognized. Would come back!”

“Visited yesterday to take my bracelet and charms in to get cleaned, as my pieces were tarnished and needed TLC. There were several people already inside shopping but the sole SA noticed me almost immediately and got me down on their waitlist. I decided to browse while I waited, when another SA greeted me and asked if I was on the list. I also noticed that they were prompt when greeting customers and getting them on their list.
Tony (he was the one who got me on the waitlist) ended up being the one to help me when it was my turn and he was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about stock and care of the pieces and he answered all of them in a very kind matter. As someone who has worked retail in the past, I can recognize when someone goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I left this Pandora store feeling very well taken care of and not just being sold a product to. Thank you Tony and the rest of the team at this Pandora!”
