She was so rude her name is Aida !I called Cerritos location while I was shopping at kay jewelers Downey location. When I called inform the staff of the situation they advised they can assist me at their location . Staff at Cerritos are really friendly and go beyond customer service. Thank you so much Lorie and Christ for your great customer service definitely coming back to this location.This staff team were more helpful and willing to help me out, than the manager at Downey location. “I went in with my girlfriend to get her ring resized. I had purchased it online. Ashley worked with us and was extremely helpful. She offered us the warranty instead of having to pay the fee for the resizing. It was a great deal and provides numerous services. The ring was ready for pick up within days.
