I have used several CCTV providers over the last 17 years and DW is at the top of the list. The quality of the hardware is outstanding and the few times I've had an issue DW's response has been swift and professional.
Configuring the servers is intuitive and my customers find the user interface easy to learn and operate.
Doesn't get much better that that!

The tech/engineer was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to quickly resolve my issue. We’re so grateful for the level of support that we receive from DW. It’s one of the top two reasons we design, install, and maintain DW systems (the other is the product - exceptional). The backend support is critical to our success.

We have been selling, installing, and supporting DW Spectrum systems for several years. They are reliable, easy to use and competitively-priced. The support is excellent and we are happy to have them as a partner. We rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to speak to a competent, US-based technician and our issues are usually fixed on the first call.

DW equipment and tech support is one of the most accommodating companies to work with. The parts, software, and phone apps run great. Feels good knowing you're installing high teir products for your customers. They are always happy with their decision after seeing how clean and smooth things operate.

I was privileged to have had a very successful experience with the Organization Digital Watchdog. The associates were so Professional in the way they carried out their duties in assisting us with our technical issues here at the Montgomery County OIC. I was more than satisfied, more than impressed, and if there were a greater rating than 5 Stars, they truly would have earned it.

Knowing when to call helps but they are always great no matter how long it takes to answer when on hold. Always top notch TS, always RMA when needed. I’ve learned enough from them now that I really only call when something needs an RMA
