I cannot remember the cashier but her ID number is there. She was so sweet and courteous. She went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me with my purchase. She had no problem looking up my account and told me I had points to utilize. Most cashiers never tell me about my points or anything.. I would return to this location anytime. Even if it means going out my way to come back to the customer service they provided..

I was in the store on Saturday at around 8:00. I was carrying a lot of stuff around the store and Eric asked if I needed a bag to carry my stuff and went out of his way to get me one. He also rang up our items at the register and it was close to 9:00 when the store was closing and he was still very friendly. Today it's very hard to find people who enjoy their job and provide great service. Glad that he was there to help :)

Super clean, well organized location. Quick shoutout to Khushi and the manager on site for being so helpful with a return and exchange. She was so patient and kind with all my questions and inventory check requests. Excellent customer service!

Dolores was the BEST! Excellent customer service, took her time with us to help us with a few special needs that we had, did everything she could to optimize my shopping experience as well as using my Old Navy credit card for the first time. Very helpful very knowledgeable but most importantly very friendly very kind and we laughed a lot. Thanks for making our day great!
