“My dog, Daisy just had heart valve surgery. She was prescribed 4 medications, 2 to be given twice each day/and 2 to be given every 12 hours. Two were very small tablets, one being heart-shaped that had to be divided into 1/4 doses. I used a new sharp pill cutter and was able to get only one piece from the pill that equaled a 1/4 dose, the rest crumbled or was jagged and had to be discarded. The other pill was a round tablet but even smaller and had to be divided, with the same bad result. I was told by a pharmacist that the problem could be solved by having the pills compounded to have the dosage contained in one pill. I called Triad Pharmacy that afternoon and spoke to Dr. Miller who explained to me that my prescriptions could be compounded, either to liquid form or a capsule in the exact dosage. I chose capsules. Just a few hours later his staff member kindly called me to let me know that they had received the prescriptions from the hospital. And at the end of that same day, Dr. Miller called and told me that one prescription was in the mail and would arrive the next day which it did. He also called to make sure I had seen it and that the other would follow the next day. They were delivered by Next Day Service. I look forward to visiting the pharmacy to thank Dr. Miller and his staff for helping me with what was a very difficult time (trying to portion out the proper dosage) for Daisy.”

“This has been my pharmacy for years. I really like the staff here. When I had covid last year, my doctor sent my prescription to this location and the pharmacist brought the medicine out to my car and explained how to take the medication. That was going above and beyond. I was so grateful. They are fast and usually have my prescription ready within 20 mins. I appreciate the staff here.”

“Came here for my all my Covid vaccine shots, writing this review after just getting my booster. Very easy to come in, fill out a form, hand in the form to front desk and ID, then waited to get the shot. The first dose I had an appointment, for my booster I just did a walk in. They have a form you fill out, 1 for walk in, 1 if you made an appointment. Would definitely recommend this place!”

“12/24/22 I was hoping beyond hope that I will find all the gift cards that I needed at this location. I went in and it was crazy crazy busy and I am not familiar with this Ralph's location so I didn't know where gift cards were. I found an employee and I asked him as he directed me promptly to where is the aisle of gift cards were.Lo & Behold! Success!! Got Denny's for mom & Dad, Macy's for my auntie Grace, Target for brother in law & Chick-Fila for my nephew. I'm super glad that I was able to kill 4 birds with one stone (what a shot!!! LOL). Checkout was pretty expedient although it looked hella busy here. Thankfully they've got almost all the registers open & some self checkouts.All in all I was pretty happy with this visit. The only negative is not much variety for their produce. Price-wise it's pretty much like Vons, Pavilions or Albertsons. Staff are friendly & helpful. I do prefer the one on Del Amo though, maybe because I'm more familiar with their location. I stopped by here coz Stirred coffee shop is in the same plaza so this was convenient.Thanks Ralphs!!!”

“CVS Cerritos at south street CA has some nice people at the pharmacy section specially Joseph who is an asset to CVS for his polite, friendly and professional approach to your customer. Not only to me but also to the rest of the customer he is helping. \nYou have an employee name Lillian, working at the front counter. She is very unpolite, unfriendly, has an attitude when talking to customer and not helpful. She will not guide the customer if we can not find the item we need. This is the 3rd time I mentioned on my Survey with CVS but nothing really change. Lastly, Several times I called, it always took 8 to 10 minutes to be answered by people in your pharmacy. Maybe you need to add an employee at the pharmacy section. Sometimes, just because I am checking what's the status of my prescription drug, I have to go personally to your store to see your pharmacy person. What a waste of time !!!!”
