Bald guy with goatee didn't want to help me on my lunch break so i came after work. Store was going to be open 1 hour more. Same guy refused to help me. This guy is trying as hard as he can to NOT help.

Worst customer service received at this store. All I needed is to get a new promotion for my tv service and this man was rude and said he couldn’t help me because if I don’t get the cell service plan he can’t help. That was stupid because he was the same man that help me a couple months back with similar issue. If you not going to give good customer service why work here. Plus your cell phone service sucks I’ve heard it from many former customers.

Had a great experience at the Cerritos Store. Paul really went above and beyond to get me the best package to fit my needs. Definitely recommend Paul and the Cerritos Spectrum store to anybody looking to get a great deal and great customer service.

What an awful service provider greedy and incompetent customer service, they keep raising prices and when you want to disconnect services they want you to pay for the whole month if you used just for 2 days beware of these scammers

Be careful with stingy employees in this branch. I was going to register as a new member, but the employee was trying to make me pay full price instead of giving any promos; it seems like she was making up a policy as an excuse. I couldn't believe it so I just left BUT was able to get a promo in another branch! Ridiculous.

One single employee ruined this location for me. I wish I knew names but anyway the gentleman that helped me was great but his colleague on the other hand wow. So rude to the older gentleman he was tending to. He was there to return equipment and first off he was rude and was taking the equipment and tossing it on the floor. His attitude makes the customer feel as though he hates his job and doesn't care to help you

.I will never go into that store again..I needed TV internet and a phone when I moved to LaPalma.Without the phone I was charged 100.00 a month I brought back their streaming box never used and still billed for it.I am writing to their corporate office cuz they are clowns there.

Best experience ever the lady who helped us show us the different plans we can get with her. She was very polite. Nice. Also efficient. Her name was Perla and she was straightforward with her information. Being honest, it was so easy to shop a new Internet service. PERLA GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE if you’re around ask for her she’s so honest and clear we got a new plan within 20 minutes! Walkout with new equipment great price and great service
