Asked to check out the flat and had the tires rotated, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Before leaving and I was about to pay, Tony just said I was good to go. I offered to tip but he said I was good. I was shocked by the excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone in the area to check them out!”

A crack in my rim was discovered, I Googled a rim repair found Stock wheels and saw they had great reviews so I decided to give them a try and I'm not disappointed! I took my rim within an hour of calling spoke to a gentleman named Ralph and he was just the most nicest and welcoming person I've experienced in a long time, he explained everything to me in detail and welcomed me into their workshop to show me what was going on with my rim. He told me I'd have in bak in 3 days and to my surprise had it done sooner than that. I picked it up he put it in my trunk and once again experienced his great customer service! “This place is AMAZING!!!! Tight parking lot but INCREDIBLE service! We had a nail in the tire and without appointment they squeezed us in. Very quickly they got to work removing the tire and pulling the nail. Here is where the 5 stars come in.... They could have gone about their business and charged us. Instead, they come out asking if the tire had been losing air. We answer no, and he shows the nail that was missing the pointed part and said it hadn't pierced the tire. They put the tire back on and then fill the tires to the correct pressure. They then say no charge . What amazing service! We will definitely be bringing the cars here for tires and future service! Thank you SO much!!! Do not hesitate to give these folks your business!!!”

“Steve, the owner of Elevance was referred to me to get my calipers painted along with other detail items for my Tesla. I purchased a Model Y LR with the Induction wheels. I looked into several shops that paint calipers and decided to go with Steve based on the referral, speaking to him on the phone and his fair pricing. He did an outstanding job as you can see with the before and after photos. Steve even put the red matching wheel cap stickers on for me at no charge. This really makes the wheels pop. What I loved about Steve is that he is humble, super nice, honest, helpful and informative. And everytime I called him, he answered his phone, unlike other shops where it goes to a VM and asks you to text them. I also had a scratch on the back of my liftgate that was over an inch that was in the clearcoat. Steve gave me a price and repaired this flawlessly. A body shop would have charged me double or triple to repair this scratch. Steve and his team are detailed, meticulous and really do take care of their customers vehicles as if they were their own. His 5 Star reviews are deservant. If you want your calipers done, PPF, Ceramic Coating, Tint or detail/body work, go see Steve. You'll be glad you did.”

I walked in 20 minutes before closing shop, talked with Ian the manager who is just absolutely wonderful, and they were able to repair my punctured tire in under 15 minutes for an amazing price. This is AFTER going to a tire shop, Zubys, down the street that just got done telling me the tire was unfixable and quoted me close to $400 for 2 new tires. Ian and the mechanics at this shop are just amazing, he even offered to let me come in to teach me how to change and fix a flat on my own for no price. I'm going to walked in and talked to Rudy the owner he was very professional apologetic and took the situation right at hand and inspected everything and everything turned out to be good and took the extra mile they re-lubed the front end and checked everything out. So to say today my experience was good and I will go back for their price of tires and rims They can't be beat.”

Overall a well rounded company from their CX, actual parts service, social media, their environment is what shops should aspire to be.Had a worksbell steering wheel setup installed on my car + an alignment done. Happy with work, squeezed me in before a track day. Services prices may be higher to some, but you’re getting quality work done. Would rather pay a bit extra for labor to get jobs done correctly since these guys are keen to detail. Lots of places lack thatPpl complaining about parts not “in stock” and complaining about delayed shipments, are clearly new to the car scene. If it was easy and smart from a business stand point they would stock everything in existence but that doesn’t make sense, call beforehand to confirm if what you’re looking for is readily available. 24/7 website monitoring is unrealistic, just take the extra step to call/email. If parts are delayed, out of their control, remember theyre ETAs.”
