“I had a wonderful experience at Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos all due to the exceptional customer service provided by Mina Rezk. When I took my 2016 Range Rover in due to the check engine light coming on 2 hours after I had just got the vehicle from a private mechanic that did over $3,000 worth of work on the car. Since that was the second time the check engine light came on after picking up from the private mechanic I felt like it was time to take it to an actual dealer and have them take care of the issue. As soon as I got to Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos I was welcomed by Mina with a pleasant and understanding attitude. I explained to him everything that has happened with the vehicle and all the repairs that have recently been done. He advised that they would look over the vehicle to see why the check engine light came on and then provide a full report to me with the recommendations and the pricing. About a day or 2 later I received the recommendations along with the estimate and I was surprised by the cost because I was expecting it to be a lot more than what it turned out to be. My car was only in the shop for a week and everything was addressed on the vehicle that needed to be addressed. When I tell you Mina really took care of me you better believe it. I'll definitely be coming back to this dealership to receive the excellent service from Mina Rezk.”

She was kind, very patient (I was stressed out, and top of that, I am French and I have hearing problems), and she took my number and called me back (no excruciating hold when you have to tell the whole story again): "You can come, and ask for Tre!" I met Tre, kind, calm, good listener, and most of all, he gave me the priceless feeling that I could trust him. And he delivered : my car was delivered on time, no extra cost or bad surprise. “Knowing the service fees and pricing is on the high-end, I scheduled a service appointment anyways to fix my A/C issue.I was previously told the issue (if minor) could be covered free of charge (whether or not I have extended warranty). My service advisor was Joseph Vargas, he was super approachable, professional and responsive via text (regarding my questions). He made sure to contact me before any work gets done. If the A/C was severe, he said he will share his diagnosis and we can go over pricing/estimates. I was preparing for the worst case scenario with my car situation, but thank God, the A/C issue was minor enough to get fixed for free. I was thankful and got to pick up my car little before the promised time. He was sure to message me if A/C issue arises again, he can look into it for free. This is my 2nd time visiting this service center and each time, it’s been great. ???”
