The staff are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient, sweet, and informative, providing authentic, knowledgeable service. They are always around to help and have been known to successfully suggest food for picky or sick pets. The store also offers discounted teeth cleaning and pet adoptions on occasion. We get our piggy and goat supplies here. It's always clean, pleasant. The staff is nice. The prices seem decent. And sometimes they have baby chicks and other bird buddies. š£
