The Best Western Rose Quartz Inn is a charming and cleanly maintained hotel. The rooms are very clean, big, comfortable, and spacious, with amazing showers. The amenities are nice, featuring good quality products. The complimentary breakfast is amazing and has a great variety, including many fruits like strawberries, watermelon, kiwi, apple, and bananas, plus almond milk options, hot items such as bacon, cheese omelettes, country gravy, and potatoes, and a good coffee and tea selection. The staff and service are incredible, friendly, sweet, and welcoming, treating guests like family and surpassing expectations. The check-in and checkout experiences are smooth, friendly, and efficient. The hotel's operating mentality is amazing, with staff going above and beyond to help. The facility is super clean, with a serious effort put into maintenance. Amenities include a business center, strong WiFi, a fire pit with supplied wood, and cookies in the lobby. The hotel is located next door to a pan-Asian restaurant. Overall, it is a great place, the best in town, offering an enjoyable stay that meets needs and exceeds hospitality expectations.
I wish I could give them more stars. This place is amazing. I worked in the area and had to stay there for a while and I dont have one complaint. The staff, services and atmosphere was great. They have a customer for life. Ask for Katina, she is wonderful!!!!!

This was a great hotel to stay at after a day at Lassen Volcanic National Park. It’s a bit of a drive but worth it because there really isn’t much between Lassen and Chester. You can check in late, and the staff are very friendly.
The free breakfast was surprisingly good and filling. Would stay here again.
