I was assisted by Ryan, and he was awesome, I told him my sob story and he sympathized by giving me a very nice discount on a rod and reel combo. Ryan made it possible for me to get back on the water and I truly appreciate the great customer service. The pictures are the fish I caught with the new rod. Thank you again!”

He then opens the product, and figured out how many, & how much it would be (the package), takes out what I don't need; THEN, proceeds to prorate the price for me.
