“I dropped off my car here because I had gone to another mechanic twice before and my car was still making weird sounds. My little car was sounding like a diesel truck, a headlight was out, and my car’s tire pressure was low. My friend recommended this place to me as she kept raving on how nice and affordable he is. I dropped off my car around 9:00 am and got a call saying it was done around 2:00 pm. I went to go pick it up and asked how much I owed him, only for him to say ‘don’t worry about it.’ I got my tires filled up, my headlight fixed, and my engine fixed. Turns out that there was a bolt lose in my engine. 10/10 customer service and extremely nice. Go here for repairs and you’ll get the best deal.”
“So i booked a trip months ago to go to Disney Land and thought the pick up time for the car was 12. I didnt realized that was when they closed on sundays. When i got to Avis they were closed and i started to panic, this would have a significant impact on my trip. I called the phone number off of google and was transfered to Singh who worked there. I told him what i had done and asked what i could do- he told me he would come back to the store to help me in 15 mins or so- he showed up in less than 10. I was blown away- how many people would come back to work after they closed to help a customer! He was very friendly and didnt rush us even though we were on his time. Thank you Singh for the excellent service! I would do business with him again but next time ill get my pick up time correct.”
