The truck fee and mileage was about half the price of U-Haul. The truck had great AC and tons of power. The truck felt the same from empty to fully packed.”

“A professional place to rent a Uhaul. But what really was wonderful is the offer to help you set up with movers, and I wanted to rave about the team of men I picked from Pro Helpers out of Orland Ca. They arrived on time, absolutely professional and know their business when moving. They handled my easily broken boxes with care, brought moving blankets and carts as well. Went and unloaded to my storage and everything is nicely packed in there. You can't beat their price or their professionalism. I recommend them highly.”

“Little things matter. I had the pleasure of renting a basic lift from Chris and it was an unexpected pleasure dealing with both Chris on the front end and the other Chris in the yard. Prompt, pleasant, helpful, and informative. The work I had to complete was grueling and not enjoyable but after a long day, Chris in the yard, made it just a little better. Basic stuff made a difference. He was prompt and right there when I both picked up and dropped off. He was more than pleasant informing me how to use thx lift, even if I've been trained, certified, and Experinced. His communication was outstanding. Both helpful and informative in and out just made a long day a little better. His quick anecdote and short story helped put this in perspective. In a time when business has been taken for granted. “Awesome service at this location!It was a Friday afternoon and I had just moved my life from Southern to Northern California. When I arrived in Chico, I knew that I had a small window of time to unload and return my truck to the local facility. Making it within ten minutes of closing, I was grateful to have received the service I got. My U-Haul pick-up location in Southern California turned out to be a less-than-stellar experience so I naturally had low hopes. The young man whom had assisted at the Chico location proved my theory wrong. He came out to greet me as I was pulling in. Not only was he friendly and accommodating, but he also helped guide me as I backed my car from the rented vehicle dolly - something the So Cal location wasn't willing to do. He was polite and didn't try to rush me out even though it was the end of his workday. The facility is right off the freeway but on a small side street, though the business sign offers great freeway visibility. I had no trouble pulling into the wide driveway, either. A great experience overall.”

“**IF YOU DROP OFF TOUR U-HAUL DURING OFF HOURS** (yes it is a 24 hour drop off but there won't always be someone working there to collect the key) - you need to drop your key in the mail slot that's on the door to the kiosk where the person would normally be sitting. The mail slot is vertical. If you look in the mail slot you'll probably see other keys laying on the floor where other people dropped theirs. I spent a solid 45 minutes here looking for a key box and feeling like an idiot lol.”

“I really like this place. They got a car for me on short notice, the car was almost brand new, and it took less than 10 minutes to get the keys in my hands. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is they REALLY need a new office. I think it's a run-down mobile home from the 80s? Ran into road construction on the way back which made me a little late on the return ... and they didnt charge me for another full day. I know they are a big corporation but it felt like personal, hometown service!”
