The store is conveniently located and features a better-quality electrical brand compared to big-box stores. Customers appreciate the attentive sales staff, who are knowledgeable and willing to assist with finding the right items. Overall, Chico True Value is a great option for those seeking a personalized shopping experience and hard-to-find items that may not be available at larger hardware stores.

Even though the store is small, they had everything that I needed. The employee was very helpful and I was finished in a very short time. I love being able to park right near the door and not having to walk through a huge parking lot and then through a whole warehouse just to pick up a few things.

Good store, nice people, and you don't have to buy a whole bag or box of what you need, like the big box stores.
