“Don’t Let the Mess Fool You—Richard is a Master at His Craft

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Richard and his shop, The Computer Clinic. In a world where it feels like the majority of businesses are looking to cut corners or scam you, finding Richard was a genuinely refreshing experience.

Since I struggle to have a filter or be fake, I must continue down the honesty trail. My first impression of the shop was a bit unsettling. It’s definitely not a polished, corporate showroom; it’s cluttered, with parts and pieces everywhere—it honestly looks a bit like a tech graveyard at first glance. Which is understandable as he does the work of multiple employees himself. I can see why he has zero time to be a maid as well! However, do not let that scare you off, or you will regret it. While the shop might appear in disarray, Richard’s actual work is a refined masterclass.

He handled a modern “Godzilla” of a build for me and absolutely knocked it out of the park. As a perfectionist, I’m extremely critical of these things, but his attention to detail—especially the cable management and the airflow layout—was surgical. He is clearly a master of his trade, who puts his energy into the hardware rather than the storefront. It just goes to prove that you should never judge a book by its cover. Wake up and do yourself a favor & stop judging others based on appearances. When you do that, you’re just making an ass out of yourself and missing out on golden nuggets left and right.

Richard also has a unique personality that might catch some people off guard, but I respect that he stays true to himself rather than conforming to some sterile, customer-service-robot mold. More power to him in my opinion. I usually walk into these situations with minimal expectations, fully prepared to be disappointed, but Richard finished my build ahead of schedule and did a bang-up job. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had such a good feeling from spending that much money, or to confidently leave a Five-Star *Review*!

If you want someone who is honest, incredibly skilled, and truly delivers on the technical side, look past the clutter and take your business to the Computer Clinic. You’re paying for pc work, not a vacuum; so don’t mind a little disarray. If it bugs you that badly, just mind your own business and then it won’t, lol!
I’ve finally found a guy I can trust, and I’ll definitely be back for future needs.

“This place is the store you want to buy anything apple. They are reliable, they have used products that actually work and unlike most other places in the same line of business, they offer some type of warranty, one of the key factors that will keep me coming back. This is a place that keeps their promises, they sell you quality, reasonably priced parts the photo below is my last purchase. A used cord for my iMac it only it looks brand new but it works ( I bought similar OEM from another place and it worked for a couple of days and it was done)

“I highly recommend this place. My old Dell gave up the ghost, and I was searching for a new computer, but I needed the hard drive cloned into the new one. I purchased a Beelink Ser MiniPC 5 (remarkable performance!) and had the old hard drive cloned and installed—all for a little over $600.00. I got home, plugged it in, and bingo, every program, icon, and piece of mail was just where it was on the old drive. The service was excellent. There is no pressure to buy—just explanations (opposite of Best Buy).”
