“Hello everyone, this Is 1liltrd. To day I'm writing a review of All Around Sound that's located in my home town of Chico, California. The group of guys that work there are highly skilled when it comes to sound audio equipment. I've read in some of the reviews that the prices are on the high side.They charge the same price for the audio equipment as the prices I found online so the exspens come down to the installation and the audio tuning but the added cost is well worth the professional installation! “I left home today to get home internet service and equipment. I visited three other providers in the mall to get this done including the carrier I have phone service with already. The prices are not as advertised and they just treated me like I was some Foreigner with no money and didn't deserve home internet so, I I walk into T-Mobile and Brian helped me gave me exactly what I wanted and needed beginning with exceptional service inside the store! I walked out of that store 20 minutes after I entered with everything I needed and great service! I'd recommend T-Mobile and Brian at the store to anyone including all of my friends! Good job guys! “I went to Best Buy after work on Sunday and didn't check the time that they close before walking into the store. When I walked in they immediately said we are closing in nine minutes and I've been wanting to buy a new computer for a while. A kind lady named Jayden she was tall and had brown hair approached me and she helped me extremely. She stayed 15 minutes past the time she was supposed to be off and helped me apply for the credit card and get my new Lenovo computer. She was so helpful and same with the manager, he was a gentleman with curly hair. I will definitely be coming back the to the Best Buy Chico store but maybe not right when they are about to close. I have my new computer and it is working great!”

“Don't remember the assisted name that helped us but she was amazing. I went swimming with my phone and needed a new one quickly for work since I couldn't wait on my replacement to come in the mail. She worked her butt off to get me what I needed. Walked out of there with a new phone without breaking the bank until I was able to order my replacement.”

“The people that work here are amazing I had a problem with a brand new phone out the door and they took care of everything made sure that I got a brand new phone a case a screen protector plus they helped me with getting some money back for the inconvenience I am so grateful to the whole group of people that work at this T-Mobile. Will not find a better group of people to give great customer service. Thank you guys so much again!”

The Customer Service Rep was great- knowledgeable, friendly, he even found me an extra discount and set up my phone, all in record time. Sorry, I don't remember his name, he deserves a 5 Star rating also!”

“The people are a little weird at night but the customer service is above and beyond! Those guys need a raise for sure. I've never felt like they could have done more for me when leaving that store! And their pizza is amazing. Great price and they cook it in that machine that one could only describe it as magic! Awesome tasty hot perfectly cooked in 5 minutes for 7.99!!!!! Oh and at any time of the night! How can you beat that? You can't!”

“I had another great Target Drive-Up experience today. If there was anything good that came out of covid, it's Target Drive-Up! It seems like the employees at the Chico location are friendlier than the locations I used to frequent when I lived in the Sacramento area. In general, my orders are ready for pickup more quickly than originally estimated. On the flip side, I've had more frequent instances of items being out of stock after placing an order. Sadly, I would guess it's due to in-store theft which throws off inventory counts. That aside, I'm a loyal Target customer who appreciates the app + Drive-Up. Shopping for the essentials - and the occasional splurge - couldn't be easier!”

“Andrew at Galaxy fixed everything quickly after Best Buy gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Best Buy completely messed up both an online order for a TV and then an order I placed directly at their Chico store. On both of the scheduled delivery dates they discovered they did not have the TV I ordered in stock. So I cancelled my order with Best Buy and found Galaxy online and was impressed with their Yelp reviews. Andrew sold me the TV I was looking for at a very reasonable price, and installed it the next day. The TV was a gift for a family member, who reported the installation service was courteous and professional. So Andrew did in two days what Best Buy couldn't do in over three weeks. Whatever your audio video needs are, you won't go wrong with Andrew and Galaxy Custom Audio Video!”
