The main reason for choosing this motel was because after speaking to Paige at the front desk, I felt like she really cares about her guests. She made me feel welcomed. We had a great experience except for the spa and pool. The pool was a bit dirty and the spa was the same temperature as the pool. A bit of a disappointment. The rest of the motel was very clean and well kept. The cookies are amazing.

The entire experience was smooth and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Paige at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. Thank you, Paige, for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

Rooms were dated. Bathroom had stench if urine and doors jammed.
I travel weekly and will not recommend this place.

Pretty cool hotel sporting a nice restaurant featuring a bar lounge area, gift/convenience shop next to the bar and a pool with a spa tub. Rooms are nice and employees are nice. Great place to stay!

The hotel is great. Service is great. The rooms are nice and very clean. The only issues I had were the bathroom was a little small and the room is very bright at night when you're trying to sleep. Also the metal drain cover in the shower and leaky shower head do not mix. I had to cover it with a wash cloth to stop the noise.

Excellent; 10/10. Clean, quiet, and friendly service. Just what you'd expect from a Hilton. Also, they make the best cookies of all time. And they post the recipe online. I made them once, but they're still better in-house. Do NOT check out without grabbing a few cookies for the road!

Breakfast was awful both days and extremely overpriced. Had to wait for eggs both days as serving dish was empty. Coffee was terrible, hair on fruit on second day. Carafes of decaf and hot water were not labeled so I poured decaf on my tea bag. Also watched another guest do the same thing. Tried to sit outside on the patio which was set up with tables and chairs and was locked out of the breakfast room and had to walk around through the lobby to get back in. Room was is disrepair: frayed carpets, peeling wallpaper, cobwebs, HVAC not working properly. I could hear the neighbors blowdry their hair and urinate. Simple talking woke me up and I thought someone was in my room. Jacuzzi was too hot.

Weird to get to considering the exit ramp(s) but worth it. I travel here on business for long periods of time. Every single member of the staff is always so kind and patient. And if there are other people before you waiting to check in, or guests ahead of you of needful things, they acknoledge verbally or with eye contact to let know you are soon to be taken care of.
Special shout out to Tess (Tesla) because she is never bothered by my requests and makes an effort to go beyond what I need, and further asks if I would like anything else.
I travel a lot. A lot. Little things like this mean a lot.

Had family come from Arizona, we decided to stay here on our last leg of the trip.
Wish we came sooner! From the moment I came in to inquire about a room, to dining in the restaurant bar inside the hotel, to checking out - the service was just amazing, warm, and friendly.
We had kids with us, they enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and outdoor games. The teens enjoyed the gym and pool. And us adults had a great time at the restaurant and bar lounge. Overall a great experience, would recommend if you are needing a stay in the Chico area.
