DoubleTree by Hilton Chico is a solid and great hotel, offering a smooth and comfortable experience. The rooms are nice, very clean, and well kept, though some bathrooms are a little small. The hotel features a nice restaurant with a bar lounge and a convenience shop. The pool and spa tub are available, but the pool can be a bit dirty and the spa temperature disappointing. Service is consistently friendly, exceptional, and professional, with particular praise for the welcoming front desk. The hotel is clean and quiet. A standout feature is the amazing, delicious cookies, considered the best of all time and a must-try for guests.

    It was a good location. Room service was great. We were there for my nephew‘s graduation from PV high school. The only thing I can say is the hot tub was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Outside of that we had a good time.

    A true gem of a hotel in Chico. An Uber ride to downtown, but I'd rather stay here than the trashy motels downtown. Clean rooms and decent prices

    I usually stay at Marriott hotels but got a deal. Surprised this place is 4 stars. The bathroom smelled like urine and mold. Upon inspection, the shower curtain had mold on the bottom edges. The window had mold and dust around it. The room all in all was very dusty and needed a deep cleaning. I will not return.
