Great staff. Had my car sent to the local FBO wanting for me and picked up once I was done. If you are flying into KCIC (or however you get to Chico) I would rent a car from here.

The customer service and agent was always friendly and very helpful . I have no issues on multiple times i have rented at this location .
Only drawback is they are closed on weekends and you need to pick up the car on a weekday. They do have a key drop off unattended service .

I’ve rented through numerous Enterprise locations in CA & NV, and I was very impressed by the customer service at this location. Julio (and the other employee who helped us, whose name I didn’t catch) were efficient, friendly, and very accommodating of our particular situation. Will use again while I’m in Chico.
