    The were great! We haven't received our wood stove yet, but they worked with my schedule to set a delivery date. Very friendly & no holding forever on the phone.

    Carl was great! He called me and told me what time he was going to arrive. He was on time and unloaded everything in no time. I would recommend Estes highly.
