“Through no fault of A-1, Fedex lost a package I had sent. After wasting god knows how long on hold with Fedex, they finally told me I needed to work thru the shipper I used.That's when the story goes from Garbage to HALLELUJAH!!!!Chris and crew over at A-1 took care of literally everything from there. They got pictures and information for the claim and kept me up to date on everything. Seriously I was nearly in tears with frustration trying to ship my package and then get re-imbursed for the lost item. A-1 went above and beyond to help me with Fedex and my packages.I also learned they make copies! WAY better than having to go to the kinkos office! WAY less expensive too. I'll always use A-1 for my shipping and printing needs from here on out!!!”

“This place is always great, bit I felt the need to say something after watching an interaction tonight. Guy walks in at closing time saying he needed to print something, sign it and then send it back to someone. The process to print from you phone here takes about 10 minutes. The manager told the guy he was sorry but they could stay open for that long and the guy starting pointing at the young girl working saying that since she had said he could they had to let him. The manager, who was professional throughout tried to explain how long it would take and the guy didn't want to listen. I got out of there as my printing was done. But I heard the guy yelling as he was leaving that they would being getting a bad review everywhere for this. That made me feel I should leave a good for the people who always help me and have been nothing but nice every time I come in.”

“OK so really? Well it's the Post Office etc what do you expect ? Yes on long lines during holidays and heck no there's not a lot of parking but Safeways parking ng lot is huge and right next door! As for service with a smile? Uhhh ...the holidays are probably stressful for the employees and I'm sure they have to deal with a lot just on normal days so--I don't really expect them to be delighted to see me at the counter however I will say that they are always very professional. And that's good because that means less jack jawin' (as a friend used to say) and more moving along in the line.”

“Not a long drive from Redding (well under 100 miles, one way) and a pleasant drive if you pick up Highway 99 in Red Bluff. Friendly employees, convenient to the freeway down by the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, and I saved over $475 by picking up my freight from Logrite at the terminal versus having it delivered to our ranch, the Singing Hammer.
No brainer, right?
