“Looking for some of the most stylish and comfortable clothes? Well, look no further than The Peddler's Closet in Chico CA. Not only is this store full of beautiful fashion sense, but the owner, Leann, is the sweetest, funniest, and most entertaining person to chat with. Every time you go in, you are greeted and feel so welcome. My favorite items are her beautiful scarves in a array of fun colors to spruce up your outfit. Check out this eclectic store and thank me later!”

“I've been a Chico magic customer for over a decade now. I will continue to be one for as long as she stays in business. Chico magic takes great care of customers and is a great place to play (when covid ends).”

“The whole experience was enjoyable. The staff & owner were helpful & informative. I enjoyed the selection, but best of all... they are locally owned & products are locally sourced. Purses, wallets, soaps, candles, floors flour sack kitchen towels, stylish well made clothing, hand made jewlery, cards, locally sourced sauces, cake & other mixes, creative gifts, & even a men's selection with fun gift ideas for the guys in your life.”

“Has cool stuff, but it's just another over priced novelty knick knack store. Worth it if you're looking for the kind of niche things it carries, but be prepared to spend a decent amount of money for anything actually useful or interesting.”

“This store is SO CUTE. Imported snacks, condiments, tea, and bath and body goods from Britain. I assume the jewelry and the houseware sold here are too, but I didn't ask. The lady who runs this store is sweet and will answer any questions you have. Great place to buy gifts :)”

“In a country of dying customer service, Made in Chico proves that friendly, caring, and genuine service industry workers still exist. I always come here for upcoming birthdays and other events and I am never let down. There is always a balance of new items from new artists and a solid collection of Chico staples. Not only are the items local and quality, but you can ask for your purchase to be gift wrapped free of charge. Next time you have anything to buy for an event, or even a gift for yourself, consider taking the time to go downtown and SHOP LOCAL. This store is amazing and deserves support.”

“Sierra Nevada Stout was the first craft brew I ever tasted back in the 90s. It was so delicious I ordered another one that day. I've been drinking Sierra Nevada's stouts, porters, and IPAs ever since. Some folks may not be able to visit in Chico or be able to find some of their products locally, so it's great that their website [sierranevada.com/shop/be… offers many of their products with free shipping for orders over $100!”
