“I have been shopping at Hubbs for some years now. It is my favorite little shop. What a gem. They have the BEST customer service. They are such a breath of fresh air since customer service seems to be none anymore. I drive from Oroville just to shop at their store. I do but local for most things. But I love love this store. It reminds me of the old Hallmark stores I grew up with. I can find unique gifts for just about anyone. I need a button that says I love Hubbs Stationary. ♥️”

“This place is terrific! So many fun vintage and antique items, sold mostly by individual vendors. Lots of different styles and items large and small. Friendly workers too. It's huuuuge by the way, with a second large building behind the main building. We got often and find great treasures every time.”

“We bought a bamboo coffee table and end tables here a couple of years ago. Within the first year of owning them, they began to show cracks. We reached out to ask Esplanade Furniture if this was a known issue with this line and although they weren't aware of one at the time, they set a couple of employees out to our house to assess them. They agreed that the tables did in fact have a defect. They reached out to the manufacturer and eventually determined that this was a known issue with this line, which has since been discontinued. This was no fault of Esplanade Furniture's in any way, but let me tell you, they have done everything to make it right. We eventually decided to exchange them for new products and Esplanade Furniture has been apologetic and accommodating in every way. We have been working with Cort during this process and were continually impressed with his customer service and friendliness. The way they handled our situation has made us lifelong customers.”

“An impressive staff! While in the store on 2/8, I knocked over a jar of olives at the cashier's counter. Both the cashier and assistant could not have been kinder. It was most appreciated. The assistant refused a gratuity for the inconvenience. I was struck by her graciousness. I always enjoy my experience at World Market, and on this occasion it reminded me why.”

“I had an enjoyable shopping experience today at Joann's. It began with being greeted when I walked in the door, so I felt welcomed. The lady cutting material took the time to try to find an item the woman in front of me needed. She was friendly and cut the material to exactly the size I needed. The cashier took the time to enter my information into the system. Good customer service made my day! I bet there is a creative employee who could improve the restroom with decorative paint!”
