Hughes Ski Hut is a great little shop, though it is far from the mountains. They have great gear and offer top notch service and pricing, with many finding them inexpensive and outstanding. The employees are knowledgeable and help with every single thing. Some note that customer service is not the greatest and the process can be slow, but the shop has shown a desire to improve. They have fair prices, especially when considering the cost of driving to larger city shops. Many customers are grateful to have this shop in their backyard and recommend forgetting the big box stores.

Well, a drive to Sac will significantly add to the price in fuel consumed. For my part, I'm grateful to have this shop in my backyard.

These guys are awesome.They helped me with every single thing I could possibly need and on top of it saved me money because I didn't realize they don't charge on travel days or something like that but all in these guys are outstanding and inexpensive!!!

Top notch service and pricing. Treated like royalty buying new ski boots. Chris really knows his craft. I am so excited to ski on my newly fitted boots. And all our gear waxed and edged. Forget those big box stores. This is the place to go!
