He was very helpful and attentive. He was also knowledgeable about their product selection and made sure we got to try out all the styles of recliners we wanted to see. He was not pushy at all and allowed us to come to our own decision. I really appreciated his style and care in making our whole buying experience a pleasant one. “The entire experience was very good. From Mary, who sold us the bed in the showroom to Benjamin, who with his helper delivered and set the bed up. The worst part was waiting for it to arrive from the manufacturer! I had a small issue with the bed shortly after delivery, but Sleep number was very fast and efficient in taking care of the problem.
All in all I would have no problem recommending this company and all of their staff (who were very helpful and kind) to my friends and family”

“Shout out to the girl Shea She was wonderful,friendly informative and knew the store well and her job. She suggested I sign up not just have my phone number with them to get points and credits. I said oh I have been shopping here alot was never told that spent hundreds at Christmas. She said let me quickly show you how on your phone. It was fast and worked. She is so clearly spoken and should be in management. I walked back inside to thank her and get her name She was concerned she did something wrong. “This is by far my favorite home decor store in California! We’re from Southern California, but every year, we make a point to visit relatives in Chico, and this store is always a must-stop. The items you find here are truly one of a kind – you won’t see them in most retail stores, and that’s what makes it so special. I also love that the staff is friendly and helpful, but never pushy, which makes for a great shopping experience every time we visit.
This Black Friday, I accidentally left one of my purchased items behind at the store. To my surprise, Tia (the staff member who helped me) drove the item all the way to my relative’s house! She knew we were leaving Chico early the next morning, and made sure to get it to us before we left. That kind of extraordinary gesture is unheard of at most retail stores, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I’m so grateful for this level of care and service – it’s why I keep coming back year after year!”

We found out after purchasing a dresser that it wouldn't fit in the car (absolutely on me, I didn't plan very well) and I was going to rent a little van for a couple hours to get it to the apartment, but she offered to drive it over herself after closing! Gorgeous dresser, exactly what I was looking for, and so many more pieces in the store that if I had more space at home I absolutely would have bought! “Scott commented on a post for someone who was looking for a bicycle repair up in Chester. I had commented that I also was looking for help. Scott ended up doing a house call for me up in Chester while I was at work. I had asked for a new seat installed and didn't want to take up too much of his time, so I didn't even mention that my rear brakes were not working. When he messaged me and told me he was done, he stated that I now have rear brakes as well which means he did an overall check of my bike. He went above and beyond, and I am so very thankful that he was so accommodating for us up here in Chester! I highly recommend! His price was very reasonable as well! So reasonable that I will be sending an additional amount just because I was so pleased at how he helped! Thank you!”
