We were promised delivery on Saturday and we received the love seat as promised but the couch was sent to a different location. We had to wait another day for the couch which ruined our plans for New Years Eve.”

“What's not to love about this store? The selection is like no other store around, from boho chic furniture to world wide food/candies/wines and beer. It's definitely my favorite store to make personalized gift baskets. I love that I can make my own and create a super special one of a kind basket depending on who it's for. The soap and candle selection has the BEST smelling goodies for the bathroom/kitchen and the kids section has the funnest little gag gifties perfect to throw in the gift basket or use as stocking stuffers. They sell the coolest wall art and regularly switch out the selection featuring different artists work. Love that! I'm all about muted colors with home decor & World Market is just my kind of playground. Whether your looking for areas rugs, kitschy gifts, wall art, lighting, interesting chachki from around the globe, or furniture, this store has it all. I especially enjoyed speaking with the manager (female, I forgot her name), she let me in on some discount secrets, what a doll!! She was also super helpful in helping me decide on a piece of furniture I needed. Great store & a great experience :) Don't forget to sign up as a club member, every time you shop you get $ back and can use it towards future purchases. Oh and let's not forget, parking... it's a breeze. Easy peasy due to the ginormous parking lot. I don't hand out 5 stars easily but since this store is the shizzzzzzy, 5 stars it is!”

“We bought a bamboo coffee table and end tables here a couple of years ago. Within the first year of owning them, they began to show cracks. We reached out to ask Esplanade Furniture if this was a known issue with this line and although they weren't aware of one at the time, they set a couple of employees out to our house to assess them. They agreed that the tables did in fact have a defect. They reached out to the manufacturer and eventually determined that this was a known issue with this line, which has since been discontinued. This was no fault of Esplanade Furniture's in any way, but let me tell you, they have done everything to make it right. We eventually decided to exchange them for new products and Esplanade Furniture has been apologetic and accommodating in every way. We have been working with Cort during this process and were continually impressed with his customer service and friendliness. The way they handled our situation has made us lifelong customers.”

“I had another great Target Drive-Up experience today. If there was anything good that came out of covid, it's Target Drive-Up! It seems like the employees at the Chico location are friendlier than the locations I used to frequent when I lived in the Sacramento area. In general, my orders are ready for pickup more quickly than originally estimated. On the flip side, I've had more frequent instances of items being out of stock after placing an order. Sadly, I would guess it's due to in-store theft which throws off inventory counts. That aside, I'm a loyal Target customer who appreciates the app + Drive-Up. Shopping for the essentials - and the occasional splurge - couldn't be easier!”
