“The entire experience was very good. From Mary, who sold us the bed in the showroom to Benjamin, who with his helper delivered and set the bed up. The worst part was waiting for it to arrive from the manufacturer! I had a small issue with the bed shortly after delivery, but Sleep number was very fast and efficient in taking care of the problem.
All in all I would have no problem recommending this company and all of their staff (who were very helpful and kind) to my friends and family”

“Shout out to the girl Shea She was wonderful,friendly informative and knew the store well and her job. She suggested I sign up not just have my phone number with them to get points and credits. I said oh I have been shopping here alot was never told that spent hundreds at Christmas. She said let me quickly show you how on your phone. It was fast and worked. She is so clearly spoken and should be in management. I walked back inside to thank her and get her name She was concerned she did something wrong. I said quite the opposite I wanted to tell you.You look and act so professional it made my day to be helped by you.😚

“We have a purchased several mattresses, the last one just 6 months ago. They have a variety of mattresses at good prices. The staff is knowledgeable and always very helpful.We just had a sofa recovered by Square Deal and are very pleased with the fabric and workmanship. The pickup and delivery staff have always been on time, careful and professional. We highly recommend this local company.”

“I had the best customer service experience. Today's my mother's birthday and I called to see of there were any French presses available. Rosa answered the phone and I explained to her the reason for my call. She kindly put me on hold and I gave a couple details of what type of French press I was looking for before she went to do a visual check for me on the floor. Rosa offered me to go look and after I gave her details about the product and said thank you so much. Rosa's response was a genuine ' Not a problem '. She said it like a loving mother would speak to her child. I never had anyone speak to me with such care. Rosa is a kind and caring person. It's rare to find someone genuine nowadays and I'm really impressed to have my her. Thank you Rosa so much!”

“Best in Chico. Great quality as they order from high quality manufacturers (Ashley furniture and others) and without an insane markup compared to so many other stores in the area. Brett was great. The owner clearly has some strong beliefs and the store is a well decorated man cave which seem to be very offensive for some, but it shouldn't factor into their reviews. A great local business.”

Their selection of cameo jewelry, in particular, has captured my eye, and I've seriously thought about making a purchase. During my visit, I learned that they once had a cameo featuring Queen Elizabeth, which added to the allure of their collection. We found out after purchasing a dresser that it wouldn't fit in the car (absolutely on me, I didn't plan very well) and I was going to rent a little van for a couple hours to get it to the apartment, but she offered to drive it over herself after closing! Gorgeous dresser, exactly what I was looking for, and so many more pieces in the store that if I had more space at home I absolutely would have bought! Next time I need furniture or decor I'm going here, and if any of my friends need anything I'll point them this way too! Thank you so much again!!!”

Customer service is not the greatest as they all seem irritated to be there. But they replied to this review and seem to want to be doing better so I gave them a few more stars. “About 6 years ago i purchased items to furnish basically my entire house. Bedroom and living room. And ever since, i can keep my house updated and fresh with nice,clean furniture. I've purchased 2 couches over this time and am taking delivery on my newest addition tomorrow. I am super happy with the service i've received. Whether it's allowing me grace on my payments, or helping me set it up, either way they take care of me in every way. I love that my house is always furnished with nice, clean, comfy furniture and i no longer am getting couches on marketplace,lol. Thank you Aarons!”
