It didn’t seem right, so I called Alex at Joni Ginno’s office to explain what had happened.
Alex didn’t just listen—she took ownership of the situation. She carefully reviewed the details, followed up on our claim, and a few days later personally called me back after discussing the incident with other members of the State Farm team. They agreed that my wife was not at fault, and as a result, our deductible was reduced from $500 to just $100.
That kind of customer service is incredibly rare. Alex didn’t have to go the extra mile, but she did. She followed through, advocated for us, kept us informed, and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome—not just the easiest one.
