“Always enjoy the interactions with the employees there. Some stuff are very over priced like the bic lighters and i still cant get use to there long standing rule that says you cant buy 1 beer it has to be 2. Other than that great store.”

“This establishment is an old standby has been here forever the guy behind the counter has also been there for a very long time consistency being key, it's nice to see local guy do well for himself. And the tacos establishment that is rent to space from him and has a window in his business... Is also an old school favorite in Chico. they started in a wagon out in the parking lot!”

“For a corporate chain, BevMo! is pretty good. They tend to have a decent selection, though my visit today was 0/3 on the items I was after. It used to be pretty nice in Chico but they seem to have abandoned the cheese!
Staff is usually pretty helpful. The beer selection is basically second to none in the area. Surprisingly, the liquor selection is where they're lacking as I found both of the items I was after in Orland at The Little liquor store on the east side of town. The wine selection is also awesome for those who like wine and several of the employees are great sommeliers.
If you're after a specific beer, absolutely check here first. Same with the wine. I think they need to bring back the cheese!”
