“Another great Arco am/pm. This one is in Chico. Great people that work there. The coffee bar is the best self serve coffee bar anywhere. And don't forget to try the cookies that are baked and packaged. This location had a new kind, apple caramel. It was an oatmeal type cookie with apple/caramel and it was delicious. All of those cookies are great at am/pm. Visit this location on Esplanade.”

“Love this lil store. They have a good selection of stuff to pick from including Hispanic foods and candies which we love. I really appreciate the fact there's not a bunch of homeless outside asking for money when you go in or come out. I like that they carry hemp wraps also. Now I don't have to go downtown to get mine. Literally the meaning of a convenience store.”

A genuine smile and a grant of kindness from the young redhead working the register. Then I got generosity from the older gentleman taking out the trash. “Although the gas price is extremely high (at least compared to where I’m from), the staff here are a lot nicer than surrounding gas stations. There is also a clean public restroom. The location isn’t really ideal because if you’d like to get back on the highway, you must go all the way around and make a u-turn. However, great stop for people on a roadtrip.”

“This pharmacy location has really changed. When Milt and Pat were there, it was extremely professional. Now everyone in the pharmacy area are always laughing and joking. The crew is so loud, I think especially the owner a younger pharmacist. He’s always laughing and laughing really loud. I don’t know how they don’t make mistakes. They never seem focused. Although I just read in one of the reviews here that someone got a strange pill in their bottle. Which wouldn’t surprise me if that happens more Often. This crew should understand that when people come to the pharmacy many of them Are sick and or not feeling well. I will say I never see this behavior from Mara or Jennifer. And when I’m being helped at the pharmacy register, those employees are very professional. It’s not that I don’t think they’re all really nice people. I’m sure they are however This group is extremely loud and unprofessional. Also, I have a family member who has been coming here for probably 15 years. They’ve been on the same medication and Milt and Pat Were able to spot this person one or two pills until their prescription Came over from the doctor. These are medications that they desperately Need. The current pharmacist will not spot my family member anything. And often times Makes them feel more like a nuisance than a valued customer. On a better note, the people running the cash registers upfront have always been so kind and Helpful and we are grateful that the CVS location is here.”

“I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies over the years and I understand how stressful that job can be, but I’ve had some absolutely horrible experiences before I switched to this pharmacy. I just wanted to thank the ladies in the pharmacy who are always very nice to me when I call and when I go through the drive thru. The older lady is always making silly jokes when I roll through and just makes the whole experience feel smooth. I hope you give her a raise because she’s raising moral out the drive thru window. Picking up my meds isn’t a chore anymore and I feel comfortable. That’s worth more than you think when 90 percent of folks I’ve dealt with working pharmacy have tended to just be burnt out, rude and unhelpful. I hope you recognize you have a great team. 5 stars!”

“Great place to go if you are looking for ethanol fuel it's the only place in the city of Chico that has that type of fuel other than that they don't have much for quick bites to grabbing and go it's all pretty preserved packaged food items nothing hot unless you microwave it otherwise it's a good location if you're nearby and it's usually quick to feel not too much traffic and many fuel pumps”

“The people are a little weird at night but the customer service is above and beyond! Those guys need a raise for sure. I've never felt like they could have done more for me when leaving that store! And their pizza is amazing. Great price and they cook it in that machine that one could only describe it as magic! Awesome tasty hot perfectly cooked in 5 minutes for 7.99!!!!! Oh and at any time of the night! How can you beat that? You can't!”
“Been coming here for a long time. Good car wash. Pretty clean. Staff is always polite and helpful except lately a new girl in the morning thats kinda mousey looking with glasses is unpleasant. Review 2... I went back today and it was a great experience. Dianna, I believe she is the manager, she was amazing. She took some time, I am high maintenance, but she helped me and had a friendly demeanor, and she knew what I was asking for after I explained not so well. It was packed and she still found a few minutes to help. It's just a well run store.”

“I moved my Dad here two months ago. Stage 4 Gastric Cancer. Transferring his meds should have been easy. But his prior pharmacy made it difficult. I think the pharmacist name is Quan. He was amazing. He handle everything. My dad's scripts are always on time now.
I took him in yesterday for his high dose flue vaccine and Covid vaccine. Janelle was the nurse. She was so patient and understanding of my Dad. She sat and talk with him while Quan fixed the order. No rush even though people were waiting. Great staff always helpful and kind.”
