Mercedes-Benz of Chico is a beautiful place with many beautiful cars. Experiences can depend on what a customer is there for. For some, the process is smooth and enjoyable, with staff doing a great job. They are described as super professional, down to business, very good people to talk to, and friendly. The service and collision repair do a complete proper job. Staff are noted for knowing how to listen and get it done, with excellent business ethics. While one experience noted they do not seem to go above and beyond, customers report happily continuing to use them. Good business equals good customers, and many find them to be the BEST ever.

Mercedes Benz of Chico / Pajouh Automotive Center went above and beyond by picking up my Mercedes GLE for service, and then delivering it back again all the way to Redding. Todd from the service department was very prompt and professional. I definitely recommend this dealership.
