They were flexible to adjust the pick up time when we finished the loading earlier than expected. Good communication every step of the way. Plenty of furniture pads were included. We weren't sure how many boxes we would need so we ordered two. Since we only needed one box U-Haul simply picked up the extra box without charging us.”
