“I've never used a moving company before but had a long-distance move and had to find one! Sorenson (through United Van Lines) coordinated my move from my initial estimate to moving day up until unloading day several weeks later. I was super apprehensive about the whole process, especially with United because you don't know what local companies they are going to contract with on either end but luckily ended up with Sorenson. They worked with me to get a loading day that worked with my schedule even though it was a tight window. The movers were professional, FAST, listened to my concerns and were careful with my things, basically everything you'd want in movers. Ed was really helpful on the day of and also later, keeping me updated via email on who the unloading company would be and coordinating the time.”

I called Brady’s Moving and spoke with Jim. He was so personable and knowledgeable and made me feel like a person he cared about instead of just a job. It was such a pleasure to work with them during a stressful time in my life. They made the transition for me smooth and comfortable and quick! My experiences with this company have all been very positive since Chris became the manager. First off, the place does feel very secure. Whether I was storing a trailer of large boat outside, or in, I never felt concerned about theft or vandalism. Their security systems are excellent, and inspire confidence. Just as important is their customer service. Chris is always cheerful, upbeat, and goes the extra mile to make us feel valued as customers. I'll never even look at another storage option in Chico. “Clean, good customer service, easy to use website for automatic payments, no riff raff and very minimal weirdos. In the two years we rented there I only saw two questionable folks there, one taking a nap in his storage while his dog was in his truck and another just going to town on his rats nest of a storage unit. Both seemed harmless though. They left me alone and I them.Mice ended up getting into our storage the last couple of months we were there and shredded some things. They do have rat traps visible throughout the complex so they’re aware and fighting the issue.Other than that it was great!”
