“The space was clean as well as the lot. The manager was not the least bit put off to answer any and all questions. I liked the steel walls as I once rented one with sheet rock walls and thieves came through via a vacant space and cleared me out!

“Always a great experience. Tom is who I've worked with the most. I have been a client here since 2017 off and on. They have consistently been a joy to work with. The place has cameras. It's a pretty relaxed process. They have inside and outside styles of storage. I imagine inside might be for more delicate storage things. I have only used the outside drive up storage. Every time they were super nice and accommodating. I find the environment, welcoming, clean, pleasant, and good business. They even pro rate your rental and give you a refund if you leave before a certain day, when you are considering move out times. The business is honest, and I find that comfortable and welcoming. I recommend this business. I don't know a better business in town for storage.”

“We had a storage unit at this facility for the past few years, spanning both the previous ownership, AAAdvantage Storage, and the current ownership, Chico Self Storage.
Under the previous ownership, we had several frustrating experiences. There were many times when we arrived and found the gate broken and left wide open. A few weeks before the business changed ownership, we discovered that some important items were missing from our unit. When we contacted management at the time, we received very little help, and because the gate had often been broken and the security system did not seem to reliably track when units were accessed, there was ultimately very little we could do.
That said, since the facility became Chico Self Storage, we have noticed a clear improvement. We never found the gate broken under the new ownership, and the staff has been much more responsive. Kenneth, in particular, has been helpful every time we have dealt with him.
We recently moved out of the area and no longer have a unit as of July 1, but we wanted to leave this review to thank Kenneth and the current team for the improvements they have made to the facility. The quality, security, and customer service seem to have improved significantly under the new ownership.”
“When my daughter moved to Chico I found her a storage unit here, at Eaton. Shortly after, she fell in love, moved out of state and left me everything in her storage! That’s been two years ago! Unit’s are clean, management is friendly, but most of all, not a bunch of crazy charges for anything! It’s simply great! Definitely recommend!”

“I was honestly expecting it to be a little run down for the price, but its actually really clean and well organized inside. The parking was easy and the guy at the front desk was super helpful, he even helped me carry a box I was struggling with my back acting up again. I forgot my lock and they had them at the register for like five bucks, which was nice becuase i didnt want to drive all the way back home... Seriously, for what you pay this place feels safe and solid, I felt fine leaving my stuff there for a few months while I moved. Definately going back if I ever need storage again.”

“I liked that it is indoors. I liked that the employee parks your rig that made me feel more comfortable than others trying to park in tight spots. You do have to call ahead and give the employee time to get your rig out of a spot which are parked some times three deep. It is a huge building.”
